Court Log: Texas Resident Misses Court, Traffic Violations

Texas man a no-show at arraignment on traffic charges

 Maurice S. Davis, 50, of 1486 Armitage Lane, Sugarland, Texas had a warrant issued for his arrest after he failed to show at an arraignment in Quincy District Court on charges of driving with license suspended and speeding. The charges stem from a Aug. 19, 2011 incident in Milton at 6:40 p.m. when police conducting traffic enforcement allegedly noticed a silver Mercury Sable traveling a high rate of speed on Brook Road. The vehicle was estimated to be traveling 43 mph in a posted 30 mph zone, police said.

Joshua Deburgo, 19, of 377 Centre St., Apt. 3, Brockton had a warrant issued for his arrest after he failed to show up at an arraignment in Quincy District Court to face charges of driving with registration suspended and speeding in violation of a special regulation. The charges stem from a Dec. 16, 2011 incident in Milton at 8:25 p.m. when police monitoring traffic on Randolph Avenue allegedly saw a vehicle traveling an estimated 45 mph in a posted 30 mph zone. 

Mattapan man scheduled for September hearing on motor vehicle offenses

Charles Donald, 30, of 20 Sturbridge St., Apt. 1, Mattapan had charges of driving with license suspended, speeding in violation of a special regulation, and refusing to identify himself to authorities continued to Sept. 10 in Quincy District Court. The charges stem from a Dec. 29, 2011 incident in Milton at noon when police allegedly saw a small blue car traveling an estimated 45 mph in a posted 30 mph zone on Eliot Street.
