Gino J. Benjamin, 17, of Milton, had a charge of attempting to commit a crime continued to Nov. 20 for a hearing in Quincy District Court. The charge stems from a July 6 incident in Milton at 5:35 p.m. when police were dispatched to Cunningham Park in response to a report of an altercation involving youths armed with baseball bats.
