Marketing veteran and digital strategist Rob Gotti has joined NYAJ's as it's first Chief Marketing Officer

MILTON, Mass. - Founder and CEO of Not Your Average Joe’s, Steve Silverstein, announced that marketing veteran and digital strategist Rob Gotti has joined as it’s first Chief Marketing Officer.

Gotti will be responsible for developing integrated marketing strategy, driving sales & traffic through enhancing brand equity, building customer insights and research capabilities, and increasing loyalty through expanding CRM in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial environment, according to Silverstein.
Commenting on the hire, Silverstein said, “Rob brings a fantastic combination of digital knowledge coupled with a deep insight of strategic marketing to this new role. His leadership and proven success with brand growth is a perfect for our growth and expansion plans – we’re going to put a lot on his plate.”

Gotti joins from Rockmeadow Ventures, a company he founded as a strategic marketing consultancy aiding clients with new market development, brand positioning, advertising, digital media strategy, digital media planning, and concept development.
Prior to his own consultancy, Gotti had a 12-year tenure at Boston Beer Company where he was most recently Director, Digital Strategy. Gotti began his career in brand management positions with Philip Morris USA and also has deep experience on the agency side with Ryan Partnership and Source Marketing.
A graduate of Williams College, Gotti has served as a Board Member of GoodSports, a non-profit providing athletic equipment to disadvantaged young people nationwide.
