Part two of 'Managing Caregiver Stress' at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the second part of the workshop, “Managing Caregiver Stress,” on Tuesday, Feb. 16 at noon. For the second part of the workshop, attendees will take part in guided meditation led by Amanda Ferguson, the owner of New You Hypnosis and Reiki, located in the Chelmsford Wellness Center. We will also discuss the common signs of caregiver stress and provide helpful tips on the best ways to help you cope.
