Police Log: Burning Mulch, Hit and Run

• At 12:14 a.m. Wednesday, a caller from Hawthorne Road reported his neighbors were outside being loud. Officers placed a female under arrest for two outstanding default warrants.
• At 11:24 a.m. Wednesday, a 911 caller reported a water main break on Thacher Street. The DPW was notified.
• At 12:55 p.m. Wednesday, a 911 caller reported mulch was on fire in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot. The caller called back to report that customers put the fire out.
• At 2:12 p.m. Wednesday, a party walked into the station to report a hit and run accident at the Fruit Center.
