Police Log: OUI Accident and Assault Arrest
This is an excerpt from the Milton Police Log from Tuesday, July 20.
- At 11:43 p.m. Monday, multiple callers reported a motor vehicle accident into a telephone pole at Brook Road and Briarfield Road. Fallon transported two parties to Carney Hospital. The operator of the vehicle was cited for OUI-alcohol, negligent operation and open container.
- At 11:10 a.m. Tuesday, a caller reported a black male assaulting a female at the intersection of Walnut Road and Reedsdale Road. Upon officers arrival, one female party was located. She reported two black males fled in an unknown direction in a gray Dodge Charger.
- At 6:27 p.m. Tuesday, a caller on Blue Hills Parkway reported she was assaulted by her boyfriend. One adult male was placed under arrest for felonious assault and battery.
