Tree Branches Knocked Down Across Town Sunday

The Department of Public Works had a beginning to the week after rough weather took down limbs across Milton on Sunday.

The first calls that were received by the Milton Police Department were received around noon on Sunday with calls coming until nearly 8 p.m.

Limbs were reported down on Libby Road, Eliot Street, Route 28, Canton Avenue and Hope Avenue.

Some of the branches were removed by DPW on Sunday while others were disposed of later.

No injuries or serious damage were reported in any of the calls.
