MutualOne Bank Donates $3,800 to Morse Institute Library

Linda Stetson, of the Morse Institute Library in Natick, thanks MutualOne Bank of Framingham for their support.

Steven M. Sousa, executive vice president and chief operating officer of MutualOne Bank, announced today that the Bank has awarded $3,800 to benefit Natick’s Morse Institute Library. The award was made at the conclusion of the Bank’s most recent Checking for Charity initiative, which promised a $10 donation to be shared equally by the Morse Institute Library and the Framingham Public Library for every new personal or business checking account opened during the promotion.

“Thanks to the generosity of MutualOne Bank, more children in Natick will have access to high-quality educational technology in the public library,” stated Morse Institute Library Director Linda Stetson. “Giving children experience with age-appropriate technology opens a world of learning, and we are proud to use our Checking for Charity gift to help build our collection of Launchpad pre-loaded educational tablets.”
