Aly Raisman Suffers Cringe-Filled Moment At NHL Awards Show

They should have stuck to the pre-written banter.

Aly Raisman couldn't get off stage fast enough after ensuring a horribly awkward moment at Wednesday night's NHL Awards show.

Raisman was at the show to present the Lady Bing Trophy for gentlemanly play with Hockey Hall of Famer Marcel Dionne. During the typically cringe-worthy pre-award banter, Dionne found a way to turn up the cringe even more.

Dionne: Thank you and I am excited to be on stage with a 3-time Olympic gold medalist. Look at those legs! What did you say, 'old?'

Raisman: Is legendary better?

Dionne: It's better

It's not the first time Raisman's body has made headlines. Last month, Raisman took to Twitter to criticize a TSA agent for commenting on the size of her biceps.

Dionne's career in the NHL includes time with the Detroit Red Wings, Los Angeles Kings and New York Rangers.
