Middle school can bring enormous change for our daughters and for us as parents. Puberty, shifting hormones, big emotions, changing friendships, growing independence, and an increasingly complicated social world can leave even the most grounded parent wondering: Is this normal? What does she need from me? How do I stay connected while also giving her room to grow?
Join Brooke Reilly OTR/L, CLC, PMH-C, and Dawn Ellis, LICSW for a warm, honest, and practical conversation about supporting girls from the middle school years.
We'll talk about what's happening physically, emotionally, and socially during puberty, while also making space for something parents of adolescents often need but don't always have, an opportunity to talk openly with other parents about what they're experiencing.
