In this role, her responsibilities include appraisals, the review of all loan files to determine the credit worthiness of loan applications, and utilizing sound judgment based on experience and guidelines when making loan decisions.
Prior to joining Needham Bank, Ms. Mustone was employed for ten years as a Mortgage Loan Analyst at Mt. Washington Bank, a Division of East Boston Savings Bank.

Originally from Somerville, Ms. Mustone presently lives in Stoneham with her husband and their two children. She volunteers at her children’s schools in Stoneham and with Girls Scouts.
