Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Appoints Daphna Fields Regional Vice President of South Region

Needham resident Daphna Fields has been named regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's South region.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England is pleased to announce that Daphna Fields has been named regional vice president of the company’s South region. Fields will be responsible for the oversight and productivity of the company’s 19 sales offices in southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Prior to her new role, Fields was the regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Metrowest/Western Massachusetts region.

Fields has served in various roles at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England over the last 15 years. Before being appointed regional vice president of the company’s Metrowest/Western Massachusetts region, she was regional vice president of the company’s Boston Metro region.

She started her real estate career as a sales associate affiliated with the Westwood office and later the Newton office. She soon joined the management team and managed the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Jamaica Plain office for four years. Before that, she managed the company’s Waltham office.

As the regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s South region, Fields will oversee offices in the following Massachusetts communities: Canton, Cohasset, Dedham, Duxbury, Easton, Franklin, Hingham, Marion, Milton, Needham, Norwell, Plymouth, Scituate, Sharon, and Westwood. She will also oversee offices in the following Rhode Island communities: Barrington, Cumberland, East Greenwich and Warwick.

A resident of Needham, Fields is active in her community. She is a member of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, and serves on the board of directors of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She also served as treasurer of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors.

Fields received a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University and Master of Fine Arts from Brandeis University.
