Deadline for Voter Registration Today

Sales tax and a 40B vote are a couple of the issues on the ballot for November's election, but only those who are registered by the end of today are eligible to take part.

Today is the last day to register to vote before the election and the process can be completed in a couple of ways. It is too late to take part in mail-in registration, but registration can be completed in person either at the Town Clerk's Office at 500 Dedham Ave. or at a local Registry of Motor Vehicles.

Forms will be available at the Town Clerk's Office until 5 p.m. today. Before you head to the office, make sure you have your driver's license for identification purposes. If you do not have a license, you will be asked for your social security number.

You must be a resident of Needham and at least 18 years of age to register.
