7:30 PM Public notice is hereby given that Town of Needham Department of Public Works, c/o Vincent Roy, Water Superintendent, 470 Dedham Avenue, Needham, MA, owner, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a special permit under Sections 3.3.3(f) and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to construct a replacement production well to Charles River Well No. 1 and the associated waterworks connection facilities. The property in question is 914 Charles River Street, Needham, MA, in the Rural Residence Conservation, Aquifer Protection, and Flood Plain Districts.
