CASE #1 7:30 PM CONTINUED - Public notice is hereby given that Needham Presbyterian Church, 1458 Great Plain Avenue, Needham, MA, owner, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a special permit under Sections 4.2.8.4, 5.1.1.5, 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 7.5.2 and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to waive strict adherence with the off-street parking requirements, modify the transition area requirements of section 4.2.8.4, and permit the expansion of the existing parking area through the addition of 10 new spaces including two new handicapped accessible parking spaces. CASE # 4 7:45 PM CONTINUED - Public notice is hereby given that Sprint, 1 International Blvd. Suite 800, Mahwah, NJ 07495, tenant, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Section 6.7.3.3 and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to permit the modification of its existing wireless communications facility at the Tower at 350 Cedar Street in the Single Residence B District.
