CASE #2 7:30 CONTINUED - Public notice is hereby given that Needham Presbyterian Church, 1458
Great Plain Avenue, Needham, MA, owner, has made application to the Board of Appeals
for a special permit under Sections 4.2.8.4, 5.1.1.5, 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 7.5.2 and any other
applicable Sections of the By-Law to waive strict adherence with the off-street parking
requirements, modify the transition area requirements of section 4.2.8.4, and permit the

CASE #4 7:30 PM Public notice is hereby given that MJK Enterprise of NY, INC (CEO: Estelle Lee), 16 N.
Main St., New City, NY 10956, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special
Permit under Section 3.2.2 and any other applicable Sections of the Zoning By-Law to
permit the operation of a dry cleaning establishment and more then one non-residential use
on a lot at 855 Highland Avenue, Needham, MA in the Avery Square Business District.
