Needham Cross Country Runner Named Globe All-Scholastic

NEEDHAM, MA — A Needham High School student was recently recognized for his skills on the cross country course.

The Boston Globe announced Sunday that senior Steve Flanagan was named to the All-Scholastic team. The Rockets finished second at the Bay State Conference Championship Meet.

As reported by the Globe, Flanagan finished 11th at the EMass Division 2 meet and 20th at the All-State Division 1 meet. He also placed fourth at the Twilight Meet and second at the conference championship meet.
