Needham Native Takes Part in San Jose Sharks Development Camp

Needham, MA—Soon, a Needham resident might find himself taking to the ice of an NHL game in a San Jose Sharks jersey.

This week, Needham native Danny O'Regan participated in the Sharks' development camp. The week of practice is comprised of prospects and members of the team's minor league system.

O'Regan, who came to Needham by way of Berlin, played high school hockey for St. Sebastian. In 2012, he was drafted by the Sharks but moved on to college hockey as a member of the Boston University Terriers.
