Needham Youth Services seeks high school students (students who will be in 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade in the fall) for its Peer Tutor Program for the 2015-2016 school year.
The Peer Tutor Program provides high school students with an exciting volunteer experience by matching them with students in grades 3-8 who need help with study skills and specific school subjects. Tutors provide one hour of tutoring each week throughout the year at designated sites. All tutors are eligible for Community Classroom Credit.
Applications are available at the Needham Youth Services office in Town Hall or online at www.needhamma.gov/youth/peertutor. Incoming freshmen are encouraged to apply. Available tutor slots are limited and they fill up quickly – apply now! Applications will be accepted until June 1st
