Olin College Dining by Sodexo welcomes new Executive Chef Jamie Miller to the team.
A graduate of New England Culinary Institute, Montpelier, Vermont, Chef Miller has been cooking professionally for twenty years.
Miller most recently served as chef for the Boys and Girls Club West End House in Boston serving two hundred children each day.

“I have very strong beliefs in using local and fresh ingredients when possible and available,” said Miller. “I am very excited to be a part of the dining team at Olin College.
Chef Miller’s experience includes being a cheese maker, a personal chef, and catering chef for Sodexo at the University of Vermont.

He has worked as a consultant for numerous businesses including hotels, small food ventures, restaurants, and caterers, and a food writer for “Livin, The Vermont Way” magazine.
