• Linden Terrace Redevelopment Secures $41 Million in Grant Funding (needhamlocal.org) — Needham's Linden Terrace and Chambers Street public housing will be completely rebuilt thanks to a new $41 million grant, bringing the project's total funding to about $65 million. Seniors and residents with disabilities will see tiny, outdated studios replaced with larger, accessible one- and two-bedroom units, with demolition starting early next year and new apartments expected to be ready roughly 20 months after construction begins.
