Paula Jacobson Joins YMCA of Greater Boston Team as New Executive Director Serving the Charles River YMCA in Needham
Paula Jacobson is named new executive director of Charles River YMCA located in Needham.

NEEDHAM, Mass. – The YMCA of Greater Boston is pleased to announce a new transition to its executive staff with the recent hire of Westwood resident, Paula Jacobson, to fill the role of executive director at the Charles River YMCA.
Jacobson is a 20-year YMCA professional whose core strengths include growing Y memberships and program revenue, fundraising and deepening relationships within the greater community to serve more children and families. For the past two years, she served as the district executive director for the YMCA of Greater Providence, where she oversaw the Kent County and West Bay Family YMCAs. Previous to that she served six years as the executive director of the East Side/Mt. Hope YMCA in Providence.
A graduate of Springfield College, Jacobson is committed to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility and plans to bring her personal mission to help adults, children and families reach their fullest potential to Charles River.
