Police Log: Window Shot Out by BB Gun, Assault, and More

The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges do not imply conviction.

February 22

9:00 a.m. - After an officer pulled over a vehicle over on Livingston Circle, a 32-year-old from Derry, N.H. received a summons for attaching plates and uninsured operation of a motor vehicle.

9:30 p.m. - After an officer pulled a vehicle over on Webster Street, a 51-year-old from Easton received a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. His vehicle was towed from the scene.

1:30 p.m. - A walk-in reported being assaulted by his employer. As a result of the investigation, a 46-year-old from Easton will be summonsed to Dedham District Court.

6:05 p.m. - An officer responded to a Highland Avenue business for a report of a person shoplifting. The individual was identified and asked by the business to not return.

February 23

2:30 p.m. - An officer responded to a report of vandalism at 900 Greendale Ave. Police found a window that was shot out by a BB gun. No other damage was found. The matter is under investigation

12:00 p.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection Highland and Cottage Avenues, Nicholas Sivieri, 43, from Plymouth on a default warrant out of Quincy District Court. Based on this information, Sivieri was taken into custody and brought back to the police station for procedural booking. Additionally, Sivieri was cited for marked lanes and equipment violations.
