Stefanini Named Vice President, Managing Broker of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Needham Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England is pleased to announce that Jane Q. Stefanini has been appointed vice president and managing broker of the company’s Needham office. Stefanini will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of more than 35 affiliated real estate professionals serving homebuyers and sellers in Needham, Ashland, Sherborn, Dover, Norwood and the surrounding communities.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s management team, Stefanini served as the relocation director at Hammond Residential Real Estate.

Stefanini began her real estate career as a sales professional in Framingham serving homebuyers and sellers in the MetroWest communities for 10 years. She joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s education department in 2011, where she was responsible for leading and directing educational courses for the company’s affiliated sales associates for more than two years.

Prior to her real estate career, Stefanini provided employee training for a Marlborough-based telecommunication company. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Stefanini also worked as a sales professional for the airline industry and spent 10 years as a district sales manager for a custom furniture manufacturer.
