Stop & Shop Celebrates 'Help Cure Childhood Cancer' Ambassador With Bunny Themed Tea Party

Five-Year-Old Mia from Needham to Share a Cup of Tea with family, friends, and her favorite animal, a bunny

Yesterday, Stop & Shop celebrated Mia, a five-year-old patient ambassador of its 21st annual Help Cure Childhood Cancer Campaign with a bunny themed tea party at Mia’s family’s home. At the event, which took place on Mia’s 1 year cancer-versary, Mia’s family spoke about their experience in the fight against pediatric cancer.

At the celebratory tea party, Mia was able to play with a bunny petting zoo and magician who had Mia pull a bunny out of his hat. The party was hosted by Stop & Shop associates who have come together to create the magical event, providing food and beverages, custom cakes and sweet treats, and floral arrangements.
