Treat Cupcake Bar Creates S'Mores Cupcake to Send Kids to Camp
50% of S'Mores Cupcake's Proceeds Benefit the American Camp Association, New England's Campership Fund

Most cupcakes taste good. Treat Cupcake Bar cupcakes taste good AND “do” good, too! Introducing the Treat Cupcake Bar S’Mores Cupcake, benefitting the American Camp Association, New England’s Campership Fund, which helps kids in need go to camp. Through the end of June, 50% of the proceeds from sales of the S’Mores Cupcake at the two Treat Cupcake Bar locations in Needham and in Chestnut Hill will help make camp possible for kids who normally would not get that chance.
“We are thrilled to work with Treat Cupcake Bar on this fun and important promotion,” says Bette Bussel, executive director of the American Camp Association, New England. “We are committed to getting as many young people as possible to experience what a life-changing adventure camp can be. Every penny we raise from sales of the S’Mores Cupcake will go directly to our campership fund to do just that. Our campership fund makes day and overnight camp possible for children between the ages of six and sixteen who are financially eligible. We are very thankful for Treat’s generosity.”
“Treat wants to help children go to camp in order to create more young leaders,” says Adie Sprague, owner of Treat Cupcake Bar. “We hope that young people gaining the confidence from their camp experiences will take that back to their communities and try to make a positive difference for others. Pay it forward!”
