Wasserman Endorsed by American Federation of Teachers
Campaign announces new endorsement.

The campaign to elect Jerry Wasserman for State Representative has announced through the following press release that their candidate has earned the endorsement of the American Federation of Teachers:
State Representative candidate Jerry Wasserman has been endorsed by the American Federation of Teachers, an affiliate of the AFL-CIO, which has been representing the interests of our working teachers since 1916.
Since its founding, AFT has worked to strengthen the ties between our professional teachers and the communities they work and live in, as well as improving the institutions in which they work. AFT Massachusetts is endorsing Wasserman due to his proven record of support for local educational issues and his strong advocacy for the AFT and it's members.

Tom Gosnell, AFT Massachusetts President said, "The American Federation of Teachers Massachusetts has endorsed Jerry Wasserman for State Representative in the 13th Norfolk District because his commitment to quality education for all children and to quality working conditions for all teachers and other educational personnel is outstanding!"
Said Wasserman, "I am honored the have the endorsement of the American Federation of Teachers because I share with them a strong commitment to our students, our teachers, and making sure our educational system has the necessary resources to effectively teach our children".

Jerry Wasserman is on the ballot in the September 14th Democratic Primary to represent the 13th Norfolk District, which is made up of the the towns of Needham, Dover and half of Medfield.
