Whole Foods to Support The Charles River Center Horticulture Program
Charles River Center Selected as Recipient of Whole Foods 5% Day January 21

Whole Foods Market in Dedham will pledge 5 percent of that day’s net sales on Wednesday, January 21 to the Charles River Center in Needham.
The Charles River Center, which provides programs and housing for people with developmental disabilities, will use the funds to purchase a greenhouse and supplies for a new horticultural program.
“We are so thankful to Whole Foods for supporting this new initiative,” said Heather Lomartire, Vice President of Employment at The Charles River Center. “We are excited to start teaching the individuals we help about gardening and horticulture, and a new greenhouse will get the program off to a terrific start.”
