One seriously injured in Acushnet Motorcycle accident (fairhavenneighborhoodnews.com) — Emergency crews rushed a 21-year-old motorcyclist to St. Luke's Hospital Trauma Center in New Bedford after a serious crash at South Main and Jean Streets in Acushnet on September 24. The rider was later transferred to Rhode Island Hospital, while the car's driver was also evaluated at St. Luke's as police and state crash investigators reconstructed the scene.
