Newton-based John Diefenbach named T-Mobile leader for New England

Today, T-Mobile USA announced that John Diefenbach will be the first vice president/general manager of the New England region for the company.

Based at the T-Mobile regional business office in Newton, Diefenbach is responsible for sales across all T-Mobile retail properties, customer growth and loyalty efforts. Diefenbach’s region consists of the states of New England, including Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Vermont and Massachusetts.

T-Mobile’s New England region consists of more than 90 T-Mobile-owned retail stores and more than 600 third-party locations such as independent dealers and national retailers. The company employs more than 850 employees in the region across Retail, Engineering, HR and other functions.
