Beautiful, Intriguing Wrenny is Looking for a Home for the Holidays

Each week the Gifford Cat Shelter features one of their resident cats ready for adoption.

Wrenny is a beautiful 4 year-old female with an intriguingly complex personality! While she often loves being petted and scratched under the chin, she can get anxious with faced with a new environment or other new stimuli. The best way to bond with her is with interactive play--she loves her “cat dancer” toy, (and we will send her home with it!) as well as laser pointer toys. She would do best in a quiet household with no other pets or small children, and with an experienced cat owner who can understand when she wants to play, when she wants to be petted, and when she wants to be left alone to relax! Wrenny can be very sweet and funny, she just needs a mellow home where she can live a stress-free life. If you are a cat whisperer who likes a challenge, this gorgeous girl will reward you with lots of love for your efforts!

If you are interested in meeting Wrenny or any of the cats at The Ellen M. Gifford Cat Shelter, visit our website (www.giffordcatshelter.org). While you’re there, you can fill out an online adoption application for Wrenny and learn more about our shelter. You can also call us at 617-787-8872.

The mission of Gifford Cat Shelter is to provide a safe haven for abandoned, stray, abused, neglected, unwanted and injured cats with the goal of re-homing and ending the needless killing of community and companion cats. It was the first cageless, no-kill shelter in the country and has been in existence since 1884.
