Newton Police Advanced RAD Self Defense Class

We will be offering an Advanced RAD class open ONLY to women who have previously completed the Basic RAD Program.

The Women's Advanced RAD full program consists of several hours of training that is broken down into sections.  We are going to take a few sections of the curriculum and teach in a 3 hour block of instruction. We are still currently open to suggestions for what you would like to see in this program.  ie. more ground defense, punching combinations, different kicks, mutiple attacker scenarios.

Temple Emanuel has offered donated the space to hold the class on July 17, 2013 from 4:30 to 7:30pm.

The equipment we will be using was donated by the Lily Konowitz Foundation for Women's Safety.
