Join Green Newton and Newton Community Farm for an afternoon of creativity and discovery! Kids will create their own one-of-a-kind sun print T-shirt using the power of sunlight, then head out for a guided farm tour and learn how solar energy works. While the kids explore the farm, parents and caregivers are invited to chat with Green Newton’s Energy Advocate about ways to make their homes more energy-efficient, comfortable, and climate-friendly.
Ages 7–12 with a caretaker (siblings are welcome!)
Cost: $5 per child (covers supplies)
