Driver in Fatal Newton Crash to Be Arraigned Monday
According to the Middlesex County District Attorney's office, Bradford Casler's arraignment was scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.

NEWTON, MA – The driver in a fatal car crash at a West Newton restaurant in March will be arraigned Sept. 19, the Middlesex County District Attorney's office said.
Bradford Casler, 55, was indicted earlier this week on two counts of motor vehicle homicide and one count of operating a motor vehicle to endanger in the Sweet Tomatoes crash that killed two customers and injured seven employees and patrons.
At the time of his indictment, an arraignment date had not yet been scheduled.

According to the DA's office, Casler will appear in Middlesex Superior Court for his arraignment Mon., Sept. 19 at 9 a.m.
