End of Summer Activities At Chestnut Hill's The Street: Yoga to Music

From The Street: The Street continues to offer visitors ways to soak up summer. In addition to its recent art installation, Little Cloud, an adorable cloud standing at 10-feet tall and made by acclaimed art duo FriendsWithYou, The Street’s Summertime at The Street series remains in full effect. There are five complimentary events each week, ranging from the popular Kick It By Eliza fitness class to Berklee College of Music performances to Children’s Dance Parties, as well as special events like Barry’s x Best Buddies Summertime Savasana, Yoga Under the Stars. All events are free and open to the public. Weekly Summertime at The Street events are held on The Green (47 Boylston Street Chestnut Hill, MA).

Barry’s x Best Buddies with a Cool Down Flow by lululemon

In celebration of its newest studio at The Street, BARRY'S is teaming up with lululemon and hosting a fitness class in support of Best Buddies. The class will make the most of the summer weather, splitting time between a treadmill workout within Barry’s studio, and an outdoor weight workout on The Green at The Street. lululemon's Yoga Ambassador Leah Croteau will lead a 15-minute cool down flow, and a DJ will provide beats throughout the entire workout. The class is just $10 with proceeds directly benefitting Best Buddies. Find more details and sign-up via EventBrite.

Summertime Savasana, Yoga Under the Stars

The Street will host Summertime Savasana, Yoga Under the Stars, an outdoor evening yoga flow led by YogaWorks, on The Mews on September 20. Guests are required to bring their own mat and are encouraged to sign up on Eventbrite to reserve their spot; a link will be available in the coming weeks.
