Crochet & Coffee Klatsch (Morning Group)

Grab a cup of coffee and join us for a crochet circle. This course is for both beginners and those who haven't hooked recently. You'll acquire the fundamental skills that will allow you to expand your vision of what it's possible to create. You'll learn eight crochet stitches and how to use them in various patterns, colors, and creations. You can expect to complete a scarf, baby afghan, dishcloth, table runner, or granny-square throw. Using the basic skills, you'll then be able to move on to more elaborate and challenging projects. A materials fee of $18 is payable to the instructor in the first class for a crochet hook, a skein of practice yarn, and an instruction booklet with six patterns and stitch diagrams. Class will meet upstairs at L'Aroma Cafe & Bakery: 15 Spencer Street (off Davis St.) in West Newton. Parking is available on the street.
