Ultimate Bootcamp BASICS is a weekend morning 60-minute class designed to introduce the new participant to foundational boot camp skills and drills. While the focus is on helping new participants dip their toes into the bootcamp waters, don't be fooled. You'll still get an awesome, full-body workout. Attending a BASICS class is NOT required before taking a 4-week bootcamp, although recommended. Exercises include full-body resistance training, calorie-burning cardio drills, fun partner relays, posture/proper form techniques, personal timed challenges, obstacle courses and active games.
