Raise your metabolism, burn away fat, and build a lean body. This well-balanced, progressive exercise program incorporates the perfect combination of low- and medium-impact aerobic toning and resistance training. You’ll start with a 15-minute low-impact warmup, then work your upper and lower body, and finish with a final relaxing stretch. The coed class welcomes beginners and intermediate students alike. Please bring an exercise or yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel. This class is for 8 weeks.
