A six-week class that combines the body weight resistance of TRX® suspension training with the core strengthening principles of Pilates will be offered at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton on Mondays from 8-8:45am beginning September 19. Created by the U.S. Navy SEALS, TRX is a method of leveraged bodyweight exercise that allows users to safely perform hundreds of exercise that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.
