Hammond Residential's Jane Stefanini Earns Real Estate Designation
Earned designations reinforce Stefanini's commitment to providing quality service
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. (December 8, 2015) – Saul Cohen, President and Co-founder of Hammond Residential Real Estate, recently announced that Relocation Director Jane Stefanini has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designations from the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
To achieve the ABR® designation, Stefanini completed extensive coursework and passed the required examination. The ABR® designation recognizes real estate agents who are qualified to focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.
The SRES® designation recognizes real estate agents who demonstrate the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.

Stefanini is a long-time resident of Ashland and had an established career as a top-producing real estate agent in MetroWest before she became a highly-regarded trainer. As Hammond’s Relocation Director, Stefanini understands that moving either cross-country or cross-town can be both exciting and challenging. She continually utilizes her abundant market knowledge and earned designations to assist individuals as they prepare to transition into a new home.
