LA DOLCE VIDA DESSERT TASTING RETURNS TO CAFE ARTSCIENCE

Pastry Chef Renae Connolly Embraces The Sweet Life with Sweet Prix Fixe

WHO:

This winter, Café ArtScience Pastry Chef, Renae Connolly brings back La Dolce Vida, a decadent multi-course dessert tasting held in Café ArtScience’s private event space on Monday January 11th. In the third installment of her signature sweet event, Connolly will provide guests with an indulgent taste of her dessert program in partnership with the restaurant’s beverage team, Bar Director Todd Maul and General Manager/Wine Director, Tom Mastricola.

Guests are invited to enjoy five sweet courses in celebration of La Dolce Vida, translated to “the sweet life” in French, Italian and Spanish. Each of Chef Connolly’s tasting-portion dishes at La Dolce Vida will be inspired by her travels through Spain, France and Italy. Desserts will be served alongside optional cocktail and wine pairings from Bar Director Todd Maul, and General Manager/Wine Director, Tom Mastricola. Unlike previous occurrences, the ticket price for this event will include a thirty-minute cocktail hour with savory passed hors d’ourves from Executive Chef Patrick Campbell and the choice of one beer, glass of wine or signature cocktail.

· Tiny Spoon: Gianduja Encapsulated Petit Macaron

· Mascarpone Panna Cotta: Urfa Pepper, Blood Orange Gelee, Sicilian Pistachio

· Maple and Sugar Pumpkin Gnudi: Aerated Ricotta, Verjus Poached Golden Raisins, Shaved White Chocolate Tartufo

· Croustillant of Yogurt and Orange Blossom: Sesame Soft Chocolate, Fresh Yuzu, Mint

· Warm Cashew Latte: Frothed Amaretto, Dolce Nero, Orizaba Truffle Cubes, Tea Cookies
