Newton Man Indicted For Distributing Child Porn: Grand Jury

NEWTON, MA — A man accused of possessing and then sharing child porn was indicted recently by a Middlesex County Grand Jury, the District Attorney's office announced as part of three Grand Jury indictments handed down between May 31 and June 28, 2018.

Joseph T. Tiberio, 49, of Fuller Terrace, was charged with possession of child pornography and dissemination of child pornography. Very little is known about just what happened, but Tiberio was arrested in June 2017 on a warrant.

Newton Police and the FBI Task Force went to his home, searched Tiberio's phone and allegedly saw photos and videos depicting child pornography.

He is listed online a the former co-owner of the LA Auto Body Repair & Painting business, which has since closed. In 2014 Patch reported that Tiberio was arrested on an active warrant on charges of OUI (drugs), OUI (liquor), and MV without authority.
