Newton-Wellesley Hospital Wins 5 Stars

NEWTON, MA - From Newton-Wellesley Hospital: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently awarded Newton-Wellesley Hospital with five stars for Overall Hospital Quality, the highest possible rating. NWH is one of only seven hospitals in Massachusetts to achieve this recognition.

The CMS ratings compare hospitals around the country based on 57 measures of quality, safety, experience and the effectiveness of care.

conditions.

Newton-Wellesley Hospital is a full system member of Partners HealthCare System, Inc. (PHCS), a nonprofit organization that includes acute care hospitals Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and
