Newton Youth Players will perform "My Fair Lady"
The cast of Newton Youth Players summer theater program has been working hard making scenery, learning dances and songs.
Newton Youth Players is a year long theater program with a terrific summer session. The morning theatre program gives children an opportunity to be part of a summerstock experience. Young actors entering grades 2 through 6 spend their mornings with professionals who specialize in drama, music, scenery design and choreography. This fun-filled three week program culminates in a wonderful musical production. Newton Youth Players is a program of the Mayor's Office for Cultural Affairs, that takes place in the Newton Cultural Center at City Hall.
