NewTV’s Annual Membership Meeting To Be Held March 16

NEWTON, MA — NewTV’s Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 16 at 6 p.m. via Zoom.

The meeting will include the approval of previous meeting minutes, approval of updated NewTV Rules & Procedures, departmental and financial reports, and the announcement of the election results for three new members of the NewTV Board of Directors.

Due to the virtual nature of this meeting, voting will be completed via online survey beginning one week before the start of the meeting. New members must have joined NewTV by Feb. 15 to be eligible to vote and existing members’ dues must have been paid by March 9 in order to exercise voting privileges.

Members are welcome to vote regardless of attendance at the meeting, therefore voter proxies
will not need to be assigned. Voting ballots will be emailed to eligible members onWednesday, March 9.

Official invitations have been emailed to active NewTV members in good standing. Zoom
information will be sent upon RSVP.

NewTV's Annual Meeting is usually accompanied by the Red Carpet Awards. However, because this year is a milestone year for NewTV, the Red Carpet Awards ceremony will take place at the organization’s 30th Anniversary Gala later this year.
