Absentee Ballots Available For North Andover Presidential Primary
Absentee ballots are available for those unable to vote in person due to religious beliefs, disabilities, or absence from town.
NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Not going to be able to vote in North Andover on March 3? You can still vote in the presidential primary, either early — Feb. 24- 28 — or absentee. Absentee ballots are now available from the Town Clerk's office, the town announced Friday.
According to the town announcement, registered voters can vote absentee if they meet one of these three criteria:
"1. Absentee from the town during hours the polls are open
2. Physical disability which would prevent voting at the polling place
3. Religious beliefs that would prevent participation on the day of the election."
