Three North Andover Students Now Accusing Tuttle Of Sex Assault
A lawyer representing the families of the four girls who have accused Tuttle said school officials knew about the allegations in 2017.

NORTH ANDOVER, MA -- The families of four girls who said they were sexually assaulted by North Andover High School student Eliezer Tuttle, 18, have hired an attorney. When Tuttle was arrested earlier this month in New Hampshire and charged with rape, it was the latest in a string of sexual assaults that North Andover school officials knew about as early as 2017, according to Wendy Murphy, the attorney hired by the families. Yet, Murphy says, school officials continued to allow Tuttle to attend school and play sports.
Three of Murphy's clients are students at North Andover High School, according to the Eagle-Tribune, which first reported this story. The fourth is the girl Tuttle is accused of raping in the back of his car outside of a Salem, NH restaurant and later outside of an Epping, NH movie theater. Tuttle is being held without bail on those charges.
The three girls who attend North Andover High were given "safety plans" that called for disciplinary action if they failed to make an effort to avoid Tuttle when he returned to school. That prompted students at the school to walk out earlier this week, and the school system has said it has hired an outside attorney to review is sexual abuse and harassment policies.
