Local Poet Publishes New Book

North Andover resident Andy Levine is promoting his third book of poetry, 'Today Then Tomorrow', which is available at local bookstores and on his website.

Andy Levine has been passionate about poetry since he was in high school and self- published his first book of poetry while still at Fitchburg State College. His third book, Today Then Tomorrow was released on Jan. 11, and he is actively promoting it on his Vizion Books website, in book stores and in the press.

Learning from mistakes from the past, Levine said that his latest book portrays his best work. He explained that these poems focus on the current state of affairs in this complex world and are divided into four parts; Daylight, Dusk, Darkness and Dawn, similar to how the day advances and matures.

Levine who was originally from Burlington studied TV production in college and currently works for a sports television network. His publishing company was created when he published his first book, Altered Vizion in 2002. His second book is entitled, Independent (2006).
