North Andover Assessing Tech Jennie Wright Wins State Prize

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Assessing Technician Jennie Wright was named the Massachusetts 2019 Clerk of the Year, the town announced. "The Lucille Bayes Award recognizes the Clerk who demonstrates courtesy to the public and dedication to the office," according to the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers. Wright was nominated by Chief Assessor David Hynes.
