All registered voters can vote early, by mail or in person on election day.

The September Primary is scheduled for Tuesday, September 1st. In light of COVID-19, I wanted to share important information regarding voting by mail, voting early, and voting on Election Day.

Vote by Mail is available now. You must submit an application no later than August 26th at 5 PM. If you cannot download the application, a hand-written or typed note with your signature can be sent to the Town Clerk. You can mail it to 120 Main Street, North Andover to the attention of Trudy Reid, drop the note in the Town Hall Business Mailbox located in front of Town Hall, or scan and email to vote@northandoverma.gov

During normal circumstances, it could take up to 2-3 weeks to request a ballot by mail, receive it and return to Town Hall. Therefore – it is important to request your ballot as soon as possible if you plan to vote by mail. Mail in ballots must be received no later than 8 PM on Election Day in order to be counted. Ballot samples can be found here. If you do not have access to a computer and would like to have samples of the ballot mailed to you, please let us know.
